Quality & Environmental Objectives

A crucial factor to maintain the competitiveness of STEGO Elektrotechnik GmbH is to ensure quality standards for customers. At the same time it is necessary to run production efficient and economically.

The following principles clarify our quality policy:

• Quality in terms of customer orientation is the top business objective. All activities within the company need to be oriented towards the customer who ultimately decides the fate of the company (competing power).
  
  
• We have an obligation to the environment which means that all employees are to avoid or at least minimize any harmful environmental actions at their place of work (obligation for continuous improvement and avoidance of environmental pollution).
  
  
• The management of STEGO Elektrotechnik GmbH determines the Quality and Environmental Policy which is binding for all employees and ensures that it is carried out at all levels.
  
  
• The quality of our products and services enable us to meet the expectations of our customers and thus ensure the company's success.
  
  
• We are committed to observing, at the very least, the legal minimum environmental requirements.
  
  
• The quality of our products and services should improve continuously.
  
  
• Management appoints a representative and invests him with the authority and power required to implement the quality policy constituted by management and to supervise its observance.
  
  
• The resources within the company must be utilised consistently.
  
  
• The implementation of a suggestion scheme serves as incentive for identification with the company and as a motivation to contribute to existing processes (awards, self-esteem, and motivation).
  
  
• Those persons responsible for quality assurance need to hold meetings on a regular basis to eliminate weak spots.
